All vehicles are sold “as is” and without warranty. Some vehicles may have a factory warranty remaining, but Corvette Mike is not responsible for any such warranty.

Originality Disclaimer
Corvette Mike provides the best information that is available to us. Vehicle Descriptions, representations and claims are based on one or more of the following: what can be seen by the human eye, documentation, opinion, factory claims, and/or information passed on to us by previous owners or restorers. The cars may be over 60 years old, may have had many previous owners, some modifications or alterations that may be unknown to the dealer. Furthermore, it may not be possible to verify everything about every car. As always we welcome independent inspections and or independent appraisers prior to the sale.

While we are happy to show our customers the casting numbers, stamping on the motor and VIN numbers on the car, we CANNOT guarantee that the motor is in fact the original. There is always the possibility of re-stamped motors, and as technology advances there will be even more. Any representations made by Corvette Mike are “to the best of knowledge” and from unverified information provided to us. The entire risk as to the originality of the vehicle is with the buyer.

Numbers Match
Corvette Mike can only check the numbers that are easily visible and does not disassemble components to check numbers. In referencing Numbers Matching, Corvette Mike is only providing information provided to us and/or our opinion about the motor and does not refer to any other part on the car (e.g. horns, windows, transmission, rear end, voltage regulators, carburetors, intakes, generators and alternators).

The Term “Numbers Matching” used in our descriptions refers to an engine that appears to have an engine block casting number and date, engine assembly date and suffix code and engine VIN/serial number that are present in a manner that is consistent with build sequence of the described vehicle.

Limitation of Liability
Corvette Mike shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Corvette Mike has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
