Corvette Racing Takes a Step Forward at Long Beach
Corvette Racing showed real progress at Long Beach, turning in its best finish of the season so far as the DXDT-run No. 36 Corvette Z06 GT3.R came home sixth in the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach. It may not have been the podium result the team wanted, but on a tight street circuit where traffic, contact, and strategy can change everything in an instant, it was an encouraging step forward and another sign that Corvette Racing is starting to find its rhythm in the 2026 campaign.
For Corvette fans, Long Beach was a reminder that progress in racing does not always come with trophies. Sometimes it comes one hard-fought result at a time, and this season-best finish gives the team something to build on as the year moves ahead. |
