Anyway, I wanted to write to praise Chris and his exceptional care and consideration in handling the job. Not only did he give me his time to explain what he planned to do, offering options, but most importantly made me feel so very comfortable with handling my investment. He completed the job right on time, even navigating the odd supplier hitch and co-ordinating off-sight paint work. He is such a personable guy with a calm temperament, exactly the kind of person I want to deal with ... and will in the future unreservedly. A mention of Robert too. Pictures from our museum delivery on Monday 11/11. It was well worth the cost. VIP factory tour was amazing and the museum staff were great. When will you have logo mats, etc.? The color combo is awesome. I could not be happier.

On Monday, July 29, I broke the glass in my 98 Tahoe’s lift gate. I didn’t know what to do because my truck was so old, so I took it to your service department the next day. They called a glass company, who brought out the exact glass a few hours later. Several of your employees helped me open the lift gate, which was stuck because glass had wedged in the latch. The person who brought out the new glass did a great job with the installation.
I had originally thought I would be driving around with an open air lift gate for weeks, but in less than a day it was fixed. I want to thank everyone in your service department for helping me out. I'm glad I get all my cars serviced by your company. Thanks, Bob C.

I had no Idea what to expect when making the 2+ hr drive to Corvette Mike's , but I must say it was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. It was a moderately warm day and we were able to bring our Black Lab into the dealership and she was treated warmly. Going there was like stepping back in the past all the amazing cars there not just for sale but on display. Sales was extremely helpful and well informed. Easy to deal with absolutely NO PRESSURE just a great experience. If you are looking for a Corvette Mike's is the place.

Just wanted to say that I had a very good experience Monday working with your mechanic Chris. It was a pleasure working with him on the maintenance items I had done, he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and let me look under my car to see where the different things he would be working on were located. He also told me about other features my car had and how to use them. It was nice to be able to talk directly with the mechanic that would be working on my car. Much better than trying to explain things to service advisor like they do at the dealerships. The service that he did on the differential seems to have taken care of the binding and growling that was happening when I backed up. I will have no problem recommending other people to use you for their service and repairs. Please let Chris know that I am very happy and I appreciate all that he did for me.
Corvette Mikes is the only place I will take my custom C5. These boys don't play. The Mechanics are top notch Professionals that offer personalized one to one service & consultations. Something you do not get from other shops. Carl, Chris and Chad are all very good at their jobs and put their professionalism to every project I have seen or done with them.
You guys are great. Also your service department.

Hi Troy, Just letting you know that we finally collected the Camaro on the 10/8/2012 but it was not as described. It is about 200% better. Just wanting to let you know that everything is fantastic.
We have done around 3000 miles with it now (on the trailer); it's been to it's 1st car show with great success - best original, etc. Everyone is amazed at the car & it's condition. Looking forward to our next deal & thank you for a great easy transaction on the 1st one.
p.s. The car will never be registered as it is a great piece of history.
Great letter Mike - so glad to see that you are as excited about Corvette's as I and Marybeth still are. I hope you still remember our 63 - that is a recent picture below from last Halloween. I dress up as Elvis and drive it around before trick / treating. The kids love the car and Elvis. Wish that was my real hair though. The car has not been repainted since you did it in 1984 and the engine is as you rebuilt it in 82 I believe. Still runs perfectly. We have a new ZO6, a 911 Carrera, and BMW M3, to also occupy my car time.
We have seven grandkids and they take up much of our time as does the gym and car shows. I retired 10 years ago at 55 (the company offered me once in a lifetime buyout).
My car "want" is the 67 Jaguar E Type Roadster I sold for $750 back in 1974 - I still kick myself, as that car was mint. I won't make that mistake on our 63. That one stays in the family forever.
I really enjoyed your letter and actually seeing paper from a yellow pad again. Great to hear from you.

I just wanted to say thanks a ton for the help with the 68. It's awesome, it looks great and runs great. It was all that Bob expected too. The door panels look way better and we are super pleased with our purchase. The water isn't near our place just downtown so things are good here. I can't wait until Bob can get a replacement for the 59 then we'll have a super nice collection. Look forward to talking to you soon, hope you have a good rest of your week. We took possession of the Corvette on 04/09/2011 and drove it 400 kilometres home to Albany and have done several day trips; the car is running very nicely. After twenty years of wanting to own a Corvette we bought one.
I purchased an 1982 Corvette Stingray collector’s edition from Jeff Romm of Corvette Mike in Anaheim CA, as we live in Australia this deal had to be done on trust and honesty.
Throughout the deal and shipping arrangements I found Jeff to be totally honest and up front and most importantly when the Corvette arrived in Australia it was in mint condition as Jeff had portrayed it to be. The condition of the car is better than I expected and everything is in good working condition.

I felt I needed to congratulate you on the great team you have brought together at your Anaheim Facility.
I am a Canadian based vehicle locator that works with private buyers across North America and while the majority of our business focuses on Euro Exotics from time to time we have an opportunity to serve a Corvette buyer. Given the nature of our business and the fact we deal across N.A. daily we are not often in a position to personally inspect the cars we source for our clients and instead we rely on local (to the seller) specialist shops to complete Pre-Purchase Inspections on prospective cars.
We have been working with a client on the purchase of a 1990 ZR1 from a dealer in Brea CA and had an opportunity to have the vehicle first inspected and then repaired at your Anaheim Shop. Jeff took my initial call then put me in touch with Carl Pugh in the shop and Carl worked with me through the inspection and repair process.
Great communication throughout with highly professional customer service, which I must tell you can be very rare in this industry, amazing first hand knowledge, sensible recommendations and ultimately a very fair price for the work completed. Overall a fantastic customer experience from one of the best Corvette Shops in the World.
I know that both these guys are old hands in the business, which in some ways makes it even all the more impressive. It is great to find a near 20 year old business that has not forgotten that a reputation is earned on a daily basis one customer at a time. Very impressive Mike! I hope you're not missing your '06 too much, and I hope Jeff's fingers heal quickly. I couldn't believe he closed the hatch on them and then he continued to show us the car. Troy also did a great job not pressuring me in any direction to buy one car or the other. All in all it was a pleasure doing business with everyone at Corvette Mike.
It was nice to meet the man behind the name on my visit to California earlier in the month. I wanted to drop you a few lines about your staff.
When I first got in touch with Jeff, I had shared a very emotional story regarding my father and his c5. I made it clear that although I love Corvettes, I had to let this one go. He reassured me that the memories would stay with the car, and that when I was ready, new ones could be formed at any time by him finding a different one.
Aside from Jeff's assistance, Neida was extremely resourceful through several communications regarding various aspects of my arrangement with "Covette Mike". I would have to say that your staff resembles that of a 5 star hotel.

The car arrived Saturday without incident. We're pleased with it, as you can see from the attached picture. After CA and AR temps it's in for quite a shock - we'll have to hunker down till spring. Attached is a photo of my wife and I and the new acquisition. Buying a car sight unseen and shipping it coast to coast is a challenging experience, but Troy was able to guide us through it with minimum discomfort. The car was delivered today at 10:30 EST. Your description of the car was actually underrated. I must say that the restoration on this car is one of the best that I’ve seen on a ’57. After inspecting the car the only cosmetic defect I found was a small scratch on the inside door jam that appears to have been created from an entrance or exit from the tight quarters of the driver’s seat.
I have purchased seven vintage (‘55 to ‘67) restored Corvettes through the years and this is the first time I did so sight unseen. Needless to say, I was a bit concerned initially but after doing some investigating I found mostly good things about “Corvette Mike’s”. It is refreshing to do business with an organization and its people that are responsive and truthful of what they are selling.
You have gained me as a potential future buyer of your organization and a good salesperson of your name. If I can ever be of service as a reference do not hesitate to use me.

Carl has been servicing my vehicles for a number of years now - 54, 66 vert,96GS,01,01Z,06Z and my 07 vert. This guy does a great job. I trust my vettes to no one. Carl has earned this trust. Myself and my family restore our vettes and I dread when someone besides Carl is needed.
I am very particular and have beautiful vehicles. Carl respects my wishes “listens” to me and is always there to help. I don’t need to tell you that you have a wonderful mechanic in this man, but I want to stress his customer service is second to none.
Hats off to a craftsman that actually knows the importance of the customer.

The 57 Fuelie was delivered this morning. Very, very nice car. It is my earliest Corvette and one I'm proud to add to my collection. I have a coupe of each C2 year including two Bloomington Gold cars. Also a 78 Pace Car with 9.3 miles and an 82 with 885 miles. Also have a 65 convertible (last year) fuelie. I'll put the 57 next to that one.

I have traveled a parallel path as I opened the Jeep store in 1980. You know we were nuts to open a business under that climate. If I recall my cap. loan was at 18% and my flooring was 21%. We have many friends in common and you are blessed to be thought of very well in our industry. My son now runs the day to day operation of our business so I get to play with the old cars. My favorite remains the vette. Here is to your continued success.

I just wanted to write and thank you and your company for your outstanding treatment last week when I brought my 1996 Polo Green Vette in for emission system service.
Two years ago, on my 50th birthday, I finally achieved my childhood dream of owning a Vette. Now, I regret waiting so long! Owning a Vette is more fun than I could have ever imagined, and my wife and I enjoy 'Corvette Sunday' drives each week.
However, I didn't really know where to take 'my baby' for service. The Chevrolet dealers know the car, but are out for profits above all else. And, it's difficult to find independent technicians that know Vettes. I had heard of your business and I thougth I would give you a try. Am I ever glad I did! Your service staff, Carl, explained everything about the emissions testing process. It was very obvious that he not only had an extensive knowledge of Vettes, but also enjoyed his job and had a very friendly attitude. Once it was finished, your office staff, Neida, made arrangements for me to pick it up after the service department closed on a Friday (I work in LA). Again, the extra effort is appreciated. And, your showroom is more like a museum than I could have imagined. Even my wife was impressed (no small feat).
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that you have a new, satisfied and loyal customer.
