2023 Corvette Production
Totals 53,785 Units
In 2023, the Corvette had quite the remarkable year. As per the National Corvette Museum, the Detroit-based automaker rolled out an impressive 53,785 units of this iconic model, coming incredibly close to breaking the all-time production record. The 1979 C3 still holds the top spot with 53,807 units assembled.
Out of the 53,785 2023 C8’s produced, 47,372 were the base C8, while the Z06 contributed 6,413 to this year’s production count. Interestingly, Chevrolet outdid itself by producing more Corvettes than Camaros in 2023!
Diving into the colors, Torch Red emerged as the crowd favorite, as noted by Corvette Blogger. This fiery hue, also identified as GKZ, adorned a striking 7,895 vehicles, making up nearly 15 percent of the total Corvette production for the year.

1966 L79 CONVERTIBLE
Rally Red w/Black interior, L79 327/350hp, 4-speed
The previous owner brought this ’66 into us to make it into a car he could drive anywhere and every day if he so desired. So, we put in a heavy-duty radiator, to keep it cool in the engine compartment, and installed Dyno-Mat insulation to keep it cool in the interior, as well as new carpets, leather seats and an updated Blue Tooth equipped radio. What he got was a fantastic driver!
The paint is in excellent shape and the #’s matching L79 small block runs very strong. And cool!
It’s equipped with side exhaust, and aluminum knock off wheels wrapped in radial tires.
Priced to sell: $89,900.

Recent Testimonials
I contacted Corvette Mike’s as another specialty corvette shop decided that they didn’t have the time to repair my supercharged C6 after I had already trucked it over to them. Carl and Scott from corvette Mike’s were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went through my car with a fine toothed comb to isolate and advise on any issues that would affect the performance and safety of my car. I live over 100 miles away and still would never get my car worked on anywhere else. Thank you Corvette Mike!
