The luxury SUV, created by Effortless Motors, reportedly disappeared between October 20–22 after being “picked up” by a fraudulent transport operator. Authorities are investigating FirstLine Trucking LLC, the company contracted to move the vehicle, which claims its systems were hacked.
Effortless Motors, who have worked with Shaq since 2023, are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the vehicle’s recovery. Police believe this could be part of a larger organized theft ring targeting high-end vehicles in transit.
One thing’s for sure — whoever took it might find themselves facing a real full-court press!.

Photo Credit: GeneralMotorsDesign / Instagram GM President Mark Reuss recently revealed on the Inside EVs podcast that while the idea of an all-electric Corvette remains possible, it’s not happening just yet.
Reuss explained that building a true Corvette experience, balancing dynamics, weight, and thermal performance, remains a major challenge with today’s EV technology. “An all-electric Corvette that drives like a Corvette isn’t easy right now,” he said. “We’ll get there when the technology makes it right.”
For now, GM’s focus will stay on perfecting its current lineup, including the hybrid C8 E-Ray. Forecasts show the C8 program running through 2028, with the next-gen C9 likely keeping an internal combustion engine well into the 2030s.
Translation: the roar of the V8 isn’t going away anytime soon.
