The ’96 model marked the swan song for the C4 Corvette after a 12 year run. And it was a good run! Introduced in ’84, the C4 went through many changes during it’s time in the spotlight. One of the many significant one’s was of course the introduction of the ZR-1. With its, 32 valve LT-5 V-8, it was the most advanced and exotic Corvette built up to that point and remains the only twin cam engine’d Corvette ever built!
