Send your story today!
I was 12 years old sitting on my familys’ front porch and a brand new 1958 blue Corvette slowly passed by. It was a hot rod neighbours’ new car and the hood was not on it. I could see 6 small chrome breathers on the engine. Turned out, he had just put 6 two barrel carburetors on it and was testing it. I was hooked!
I bought my first Corvette in 1967. It was a 1965 Convertible (396-425, triple black, sidepipes, hard top, leather interior) with 2 months factory warranty remaining.
I have had Corvettes ever since. I am now on my seventh Corvette, a C8 HTC Z51. I have modified it to my taste. Lowered, aftermarket exhaust, aftermarket 20 & 21″ wheels and tires, debadged, x drilled/slotted brake rotors, grill guards, and more.
My C7 was going to be my last car, then the mid engine came along. This one’s a keeper..

If you have a Red 1959, we have Cash!
Kindigit Designs of Bitchin Rides and Corvette Mike have collaborated to bring you the Koolest of Bitchin Rides — a series dedicated to the ultimate resto-mods. The last of a true breed of combustion engines purpose-built by Lingenfelter, developing enough horsepower to rip the steel cords right off these Michelins.
This combination of a very limited, select edition of carbon fiber bodies mated to Roadster Shop chassis culminated into something very special. The first, from scratch, retro look 1953 Corvette Roadster with all the trick goodies of modern-day Sportage transportation with a flare to dare you not to stare.

Comic of the Week
I can resist everything except temptation.
We are all here on earth to help others; what on earth the others are here for I don’t know.
There cannot be a crisis next week. My schedule is already full.
