Signet Red w/Red interior, 283/270hp, 4-spd. manual transmission.

By the late ’50’s, the “Jet Age” was in full swing! Rockets were in and Detroit was determined to incorporate elements of them into their cars. Anything that represented speed or flying was cool; fins, side spears, bullet bumpers, and taillights. Even rocket hood ornaments found their way onto American passenger cars. And Corvette was no exception, albeit in a more subtle way. The height of this came in ’58. Big changes came that year for Corvette. It was completely redesigned with a longer and wider body, which meant that the interior was roomier, making it much easier to live with on a daily basis. The headlights also grew from two to four. But what made the ’58 especially unique with the abundance of chrome and other jet-like features. Out front, was a big grille filled with [...]

Silver Blue w/Dk. Black interior, 327/300hp, automatic transmission.

The ’63 Corvette was an instant classic when it was introduced in the fall of ’62. This car was a real game-changer! It brought the Corvette out of the past and well into the future! With 4-wheel independent suspension and a lower center of gravity, the ’63 handled as good as it looks and was on its way to becoming a world-class sports car!

With the exception of one repaint about 10 years ago, some minor refurbishing and regular maintenance, this very sharp, 4 owner ’63’s in remarkably original condition.

The car is pretty much all original (including a #’s matching drivetrain) with the exception of the master cylinder (but we still have the original). The refurbishing includes the gauge cluster, seat belts, and carburetor. The automatic trans, power brakes, power steering, and power windows make for the [...]

LeMans Blue w/Blue interior, 427/500 plus hp, 4-spd manual transmission.

By the mid-sixties, “The Big Three” were in a race to see who could come up with a bigger, more powerful engine to put in a lighter, thus faster car. Zora Arkus-Duntov and his engineering team were constantly and tirelessly developing Corvette to be a better car both on and off the track. But despite their efforts, the car was seriously challenged by Carroll Shelby’s Ford-powered Cobra. Arkus-Duntov’s answer was the Grand Sport Racing program. However, GM’s self-imposed racing ban made the development of the Grand Sport difficult at best and just as things were starting to get interesting, the program was discontinued at the behest of the top GM brass and the cars ordered destroyed. But, not before 5 examples were built and somehow “disappeared” out the back door and into the hands of privateers. [...]

Gulfstream Aqua w/White interior, 351/290hp, automatic transmission.

By the end of the ’60’s increasing insurance premiums and the rising cost of gas meant that high performance cars were getting harder to own. And by 1971 it was clear to those in the know that the end of the muscle car as we knew it was just over the horizon. However, there were still a few very good years left before the end of high performance (for the time being). The Big Three were pumping out muscle in all shapes and sizes. Ford was right in there with the Mustang. And If you wanted the ultimate Mustang, Carroll Shelby was happy to oblige with the GT350 and GT500.

This beautiful GT350 has benefited from a repaint in stunning Gulfstream Aqua Metallic, but is otherwise very original and features an original Deluxe interior in White knitted vinyl [...]
