I am very proud to announce our 40th-year anniversary. On January 4th, 1982, Mike Vietro established Corvette Mike in Laguna Hills, CA. I want to take this occasion to thank each of you for being part of our success. Corvette Celebrates Milestone with
70th-Anniversary Edition

Chevrolet is not one to limit the number of options and versions of the Corvette, and we have all been waiting for the new Z06. But now Chevy is also adding a 70th-anniversary edition option available only if you order your C8’s with the 3LT (standard coupe or convertible) or the 3LZ (Z06) trim level.
The 70th-Anniversary Edition option comes in one of two exterior colors unique to the package (an all-new White Pearl Metallic Tri-coat or Carbon Flash Metallic). Optional stripes are also available in complementing colors (Satin Gray with the White Pearl Metallic Tri-coat and Satin Black with the Carbon Flash Metallic). The wheels also come with distinct commemorative wheel center caps and Red Edge stripes.
The interior is done with either two-tone ceramic leather GT2 or Competition Sport seats, red stitching throughout, red seatbelts, and sueded microfiber seat inserts.
Other included options:
70th Anniversary Edition exterior and interior badging
Edge Red brake calipers to go along with the Red wheel stripes
Custom luggage set with red stitching and 70th Anniversary Edition logo
Not to leave out the other C8 buyers, all 2023 C8’s will include a commemorative 70th-anniversary interior plaque located on the center speaker grille and a graphic imprinted on the lower rear window.

I volunteer for SCCA. Here’s a pick with our good friend, who has sadly left us, Vic E. He had a 63 Z06 the same color as my car.
I met Corvette Mike a couple of years ago when I was helping with the Concours on the Avenue down in Carmel.
I still have my 1963 that been driven 11,000 miles by the original owner who had purchased it new from F.H. Dailey Chevrolet in Oakland, CA. It is a 340 hp with the Muncie 4-speed. 3.70 Posi, and the metallic brake option. At the time I was an Engineering Student at The University of California, Berkeley. I paid $3,450.00 for it. The original sticker was a little over $4,900.00. I repainted the car probably 30 years ago (with factory-correct DuPont Acrylic Lacquer), and the Navy Blue Interior has been replaced with reproduction pieces from Al Knox. So I guess you can’t call it a survivor. Right now, it’s up on a lift in my garage getting a new reproduction fuel tank and complete exhaust system. There’s really nothing like a spilt-window coupe!

1958 Corvette Convertible
Rare, very correct C1!
283/230 with the correct engine and power glide 2 speed automatic transmission. Hens teeth!!
While only 455 came out of the factory paint booth in St Louis in 1958, Panama Yellow is rare indeed. It could be one of only a 100 plus built as such sporting that transmission, we would wager that most of you have never seen one in person.
And with ’58 Corvette’s being so rare and desirable, a Panama Yellow ’58 with a Powerglide is a top collectors choice. Very nicely restored and sorted by a fanatic Corvette Collector for his wife. Unfortunately she likes her Lexus more. Her loss your gain. Go find another one.
