After 14 years in production, C-3 production finally ended with the ’82 model year. A lot had changed on the 3rd generation Corvette since it’s introduction in ’68. Choices were many back then. From 300hp small block to almost 600hp big-block L88, and many variations in between, not to mention, suspensions, brakes, exhaust systems, and comfort and available convenience items. You could almost custom build your Corvette to suit your wants and needs! As the years went on, Corvette became less of an all-out brute and more of a GT car. Culminating with the ’82.
This beautiful example is just about as nice as it was when it came off the line at Bowling Green!
