Black w/Ebony interior, 427/505hp, 6-spd. manual transaxle.
With C6 production coming to an end with the ’13 model year, it was a given that Corvette would come up with something very special to mark this occasion. And they didn’t disappoint! There were two milestones to celebrate in ’13. The other was Corvette’s 60th Anniversary! So, to commemorate this event, a 60th Anniversary special edition was introduced. The model featured an Arctic White exterior with Silver stripes and a Blue Diamond interior. But the real surprise with the one year only 427 Convertible! This was essentially a Convertible ZO6, but with a steel frame instead of the aluminum one in the ZO6 Coupe. The car featured a dry-sump 427 engine, a carbon fiber hood, front fenders, and floor panels and was only available with a 6-spd. manual transaxle. This was the car ZO6 fans had been hoping for since the car was introduced in ’06!
The 427 Convertible was available in all colors, but we think Black is especially sharp and sinister on this particular Corvette!
We acquired this awesome-looking 427 from a client in AZ. It’s basically new with only 1,945 miles and optioned with the Heritage Pkg., Red painted brake calipers, a Corsa exhaust system, and a short-throw shifter (the original is included with the car).
